DALLAS, Texas - Dallas Stars center Joe Pavelski is in concussion protocol and will not travel with the team for Games 3 and 4 of their Western Conference First Round series against the Minnesota Wild. Pavelski was leveled by Wild defenseman Matt Dumba in the second period of Monday's Game 1, which the Stars lost 4-3.
Skating with Teammates, Return Timeline Uncertain
Pavelski skated with some teammates on Monday, indicating progress in his recovery. However, it remains unclear when he will be cleared to return to game action.
